PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

Our permanent supportive housing program is financed through a HUD program called Housing Plus. This is a voucher program that helps participants pay for rent based on the individual’s income and is calculated through a formula from HUD. Participants must show evidence of at least one year of homelessness in the last three years and be on the Coordinated Entry Systems list.
